You can cancel your order within fourteen (14) days from the date the items were delivered as long as the seal is not broken. Damaged or opened products can not be returned. By breaking the seals your order is final and can not be returned.
If you cancel your order, you will have an additional fourteen (14) days to ship your purchase back to us. The returned purchase must be in its original condition and packaging, including all its accessories. Please contact us at email@example.com for cancellations.
Once your return is received and processed, we will refund the value of your order (including the added shipping costs in your shopping basket) within 14 days after processing of your return. Claims due to transport damage

Make sure you enter a complete and correct delivery address when you register. And when you place an order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, the chances are that the parcel can not be delivered to your door.
In the event that a parcel returns to Olea Espadán because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will ask you to provide the correct address. Once received, we will resend the parcel and the shipping costs are at your expense. In that case, you can also cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. So please check your: postcode, street name, house number, town and, if applicable, the required additions.
